Technical parameters 技術參數:
1. Max sample cutting size 最大取樣尺寸: L*W*H=50*50*8mm
2. Min Sample cutting size 最小取樣尺寸: 5*5*8mm
3. Sample size: can be set according to customer requirement (normal size is 20*15mm)
樣品尺寸: 可根據客戶要求設定(一般為 20*15mm)
4. Max board size: 16”*24” (can take sample at any place of the board)
臺面尺寸 16*24"(能取到 PCB 板的任何位置) 喉深:28cm
5. Machine spindle spec: 25000r/min/220V/50Hz
取樣機主軸:25000r/min/220V/50Hz
6. Machine router spec: 1/8” (can change router size according your requirement, but we recommend size is 2.0mm )
取樣機鑼刀:1/8”(自由更換鑼刀,推薦 2.0mm)
7. Router stepping in a method: when the setting is finished, the router gets inside automatically, and when the routing finished, the router automatically go out.
進刀方式:設定好取樣尺寸后自動進刀,直至切片被完全取出
8. Machine is equipped with vacuum cleaner.
